This policy explains what The Exodus Method, a brand operated by TruVantage Holdings, LLC, collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information you give us. If you email or call us, we keep your name, contact details, and the content of the message so we can answer it and keep a record of the conversation. If you buy a product, we keep your name, email address, billing address, and what you purchased.
Payment details. We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor. Stripe handles the card data directly and gives us only a confirmation and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
To deliver what you bought, to answer your questions, to process payments and refunds, to keep the records tax and company law require, and to send you material about the product you purchased. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor and email provider.
Purchase and financial records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful and then deleted. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email support@exodusmethod.com and we will respond within 30 days. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
