These terms govern your purchase and use of material from The Exodus Method, a brand operated by TruVantage Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or using the material you agree to them.
Self-paced educational video modules with accompanying worksheets and calculators, delivered digitally. Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable. You may use the material for your own affairs. You may not resell it, republish it, share your access, or use it to teach or advise others commercially.
The material is educational. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and buying it does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. We do not prepare returns, file with any authority, or recommend specific investments or products. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a professional licensed in your jurisdiction who knows your circumstances before acting on anything you learn here.
We do not promise any saving, return, or result. Nothing on this site is a projection of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend entirely on your own situation, the accuracy of the information you put in, and the decisions you make.
All prices are in US dollars. Self-paced products are one-time purchases with no subscription and no recurring charge. Where a three-payment plan is offered, the instalments are charged on a fixed schedule disclosed at checkout. Card charges appear on your statement as EXODUS METHOD.
Everything is digital. Access is emailed to the address you give at checkout, immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. If access has not arrived within 15 minutes, email us and we will send it manually.
All self-paced products (The Exodus Module and The Exodus Method course) are non-refundable. All material is delivered in full immediately on purchase, so no refund window applies. On a three-payment plan, the remaining instalments are part of the purchase price and remain due. Private coaching may be cancelled in writing to support@exodusmethod.com within 3 business days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method; after that window, coaching fees are non-refundable and any further terms are governed by the separate coaching agreement.
All content, including video, text, worksheets, calculators, and the method itself, remains our property. Your purchase buys a personal licence to use it, not ownership of it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the material or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or tax outcomes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
