These terms govern your purchase and use of material from The Exodus Method, a brand operated by TruVantage Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or using the material you agree to them.
Self-paced educational video modules with accompanying worksheets and calculators, delivered digitally. Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable. You may use the material for your own affairs. You may not resell it, republish it, share your access, or use it to teach or advise others commercially. Some purchases also include access to a weekly live group call in open question-and-answer format. That call is educational and general in nature, on the same terms as everything else here: it is not advice on your particular situation, and no advisory relationship is created by attending it.
The material is educational. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and buying it does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. We do not prepare returns, file with any authority, or recommend specific investments or products. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a professional licensed in your jurisdiction who knows your circumstances before acting on anything you learn here.
We do not promise any saving, return, or result. Nothing on this site is a projection of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend entirely on your own situation, the accuracy of the information you put in, and the decisions you make.
All prices are in US dollars. Self-paced products are one-time purchases with no subscription and no recurring charge. Where a three-payment plan is offered, the installments are charged on a fixed schedule disclosed at checkout. Card charges appear on your statement as EXODUS METHOD.
Everything is digital and nothing is shipped. Your access is created by hand rather than by an automated system, and is emailed to the address you give at checkout. It usually arrives within one business day of payment, and no later than two business days. If it has not arrived by then, email support@exodusmethod.com and we will send it.
Self-paced products are non-refundable once your access has been delivered, because the complete course material is available to you in full from that moment. Before your access is delivered you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund; email support@exodusmethod.com. On a three-payment plan, the remaining installments are part of the purchase price and remain due once access has been delivered. Private coaching terms, including cancellation and refunds, are set out in the separate coaching agreement.
All content, including video, text, worksheets, calculators, and the method itself, remains our property. Your purchase buys a personal license to use it, not ownership of it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the material or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or tax outcomes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
